This place was pretty cool especially for our wee toddler. She had a lot of fun. I liked the wooden train and other wooden toys but there’s so much to choose from, I think there’s something for everyone. It was pretty expensive per item so just a note there. The woman who helped us was very sweet.

This little store has lots of cute stuff, but way too expensive… LEGO poly bags are twice the price…. Maybe because the store is in Big Bear, but I think they need better pricing deals

I can’t believe anyone would complain about this store, well one person did. My experience here was amazing! The owner was very helpful and engaged us like we were the most important customer! My kids loved the store and they had so many cool things to look at and of course buy for our stay in a cabin. Thanks for all the colorful ?!! We need more stores like this. Completely deserves 5 stars.

I went in to purchase a wooden domino set. The representative was polite and stated they had them. Once they ringed up the item, I realized it wasn’t what I was looking for. I requested to have my money refunded and they refused.

The representative called the owner and the owner refused to refund my cash. This is 2022 and should be able to receive a refund for an item not wanted or not what I requested.

They have poor customer service and will cheat you.

If I could give this place minus stars I would. I came in today with me kids and bought a small $14 dollar bear which I happily bought. I walked out before my son who is 11 years old he came out to tell me the lady working there had him empty his pockets and accused him of stealing $3 fake gold!!! She had him open his hands empty his pockets and told him to get out! I’m really hoping this wasn’t a racial motivated accusation. I hate ti think this but it very much felt this way. Very sad and just strait disappointing. Never had this happen before.

Owner sold my daughter a game for 27.00 when we opened the box it was empty. I tried to get a refund and the owner told us no. That in the fine print on the back of the game it says its a box only for carrying the game. Some how I was supposed to see that. The owner was extremely rude and when I tried to tell her my daughter spent her own money on the game she threw me out of the store.She is a terrible business person who doesn't care at all about her customers.
