I went there yesterday and it was such a cute shop! I wanted to buy everything. Ashley was the person who worked there and she was so helpful and sweet and kind. I bought a pair of Crop Jeans and the black Starlift know bodysuit tank top and lastly the burgundy striped cardigan the outfit is good for every day, or work or out with friends.

I accidentally placed an order for the wrong size so I called to see if they could fix it but it was Memorial Day so I left a message. First thing the next morning I got a call back saying they were going to see what they could do and then I got an email notice that the correct size shipped.

Hi queens, I understand Nicole "Snooki" isn't the one reading this, but i sent her some candy and a letter about three days ago to the store in Madison from Sugarman Candy store in Miami. I hope they've notified her because i also understand it's almost impossible for her to answer or say anything. Thank you anyway. Excellent custome service! Like I mean super helpful and kind! I needed to make an exchange and the manager was exceptional! The manager was young but a retail pro! Nicole, you have an excellent staff. I appreciate the plus size rack and how cute the shop bags are. If I was giving a gift, I wouldn't need to wrap it, the Snooki Shop bag was cute on it's own! I'll be back mamas!

Another great experience at my one of my favorite shops, this time with champagne! Today Gissella, Ashley, and Allie really went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get an item I needed that wasn't on the floor, which I sincerely appreciated. It's nice to come into a store where all the employees greet you by name, know your style preferences, and will give you an honest opinion if something isn't right for you. The store is very spacious, the employees always incredibly helpful, and their inventory is constantly changing. Also, I give the clothes an A+ for softness - I have yet to find another store that has so many soft and comfortable items that seem to fit me perfectly. Great sales, too. So happy to have discovered this store!

Just ordered from here for the first time and unfortunately I'm super sad about the quality of the workout clothing I just bought 🙁 I haven't even had a chance to wear it yet and noticed the lettering is coming off, its put on the clothing very poorly and definitely not something I would of paid that much for if I would have seen and felt them inside the store...but thats always the downside to ordering online. The material outside of the Lettering part of it is though very soft, it probably would have been best not putting the cheap lettering on the clothing definitely might wanna see if there is another way to do all of that so you don't run into any more unhappy customers on the quality and such. On a more positive note I love the House boots I bought they are SUPER CUTE AND COMFORTABLE loven the hippy vibe to them 😍 I ALSO LOVE LOVE LOVE THE HONEY BUNCH LIP TENT ITS A BEAUTIFUL NATURAL COLOR.
I feel rating 3 star's is fare since I did receive some Good buys from here still!
