My rad power bikes fell off my camper and needed repairs as I am taveling across the US. I contacted The Ride and spoke w Mike. What a great guy. I ordered the parts had them shipped to him. Showed up a day early. He took me right in and fixed the bikes that day. Talk about "southern hospitality". He made me feel like I was his only customer.
He found another issue and fixed tight there. (Lucky i happened to have the spare part)There was even one part i was missing and he ordered it overnight it to his house so I could get it the next day and be on my way.
I can't say enough about the service i received. I would recommend them anytime! Especially Mike! Great guy.

I came here knowing almost nothing about bikes but needing one for commuting. Chris was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He was able to answer all of our questions, give specific recommendations, and explain what I need to do for safety and maintenance. I ended up getting a tricycle and all the necessary accessories in one stop (the one thing that wasn't in stock they were easily able to order online to have shipped to the store). It also looked like they had a lot of gear for serious athletic cyclists too, so I think this is a great shop for everybody from newbies like me to pros.

Everytime I've been here, the employees invite me in with open arms. Countless times they've done things just to help, like fixing quick, small things on my bike, even without charging or scheduling me. They also take the time to explain things or even show me how to adjust/fix things on the go. Not once have they made me felt dumb while doing so. The Ride is the most inviting, helpful, and THE FASTEST bike shop I've ever dealt with. Have a problem? Wishing it could be fixed in a day or two? Go to The Ride. Thank you guys! I didnt buy my E-bike here. But came in looking for different handlebars. Idk who helped me but they came out and looked over my bike and fixed some things I didnt do correctly when I put it together. So helpful and appreciated being a noob. Also didnt leave feeling stupid. Guy just fixed it and got me safe to ride. Great experience. Thank You

Erik helped me fit two bikes today. It was an excellent experience. He and everyone in his shop were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back for sure!! Can’t recommend them enough!
