The Picture Framing Co. is just downright fantastic. Tori has an eye for design and style I have rarely come across. I came in the first time last August 2023 with 3 unique historical collectible pieces which she masterfully handled with ease and care and this September 2024 I walked through the door with yet another unique piece and her greeting was “David how have you been? How is your husband?”

Her ability to take my basic notes/ideas and quickly bring them to reality from walls with a thousand choices is truly remarkable and impressive.

I highly recommend this local shop. Great product, great service, great value.

I took a piece of artwork to The Picture Framing Co. in West Hollywood, something my deceased friend made and gave me years ago. It’s one of those pieces that feels impossible to honor properly—you know, too sentimental for just any old frame. But the owner Torii? She got it. She didn’t rush me or toss me into some basic frame option. No, she sat with me like we were picking out curtains for the Vatican.

We ended up combining three different frames into one beautiful Frankentiki creation, and somehow, it works. It’s a masterpiece of wood, metal, silk, more wood, and whatever framing magic they worked behind the scenes. Torii asked about the artwork, about my friend, and treated the whole thing with more reverence than I’ve ever received in any therapy session.

Now I have this framed piece that’s even more perfect than the artwork on its own.
