Jennifer is one of the most kindest, friendliest, compassionate people that I've ever met, and a person with immense Grace and extraordinary customer service skills. She knows how to make you feel welcome in her little work domain/portal to another reality, and how to make you feel comfortable with whatever purchase you're buying, for whomever that gift may be for.

She, and the spirit of this shop, validates your self-worth and the fact that your life does have meaning, and this shop should be proud to have her as one of their top associates. She's already an extraordinary human being, but is also great with the position that she fills.

Speaking of the shop itself, it is many beautiful artifacts from the Himalayas, India, and other regions of spiritual purity and it has genuine products that are not, as far as I can see, made using slave labor or evil.

It has clear genuine ringing bowls, which can last like a minute of pure spiritual wonder than even a child will vibe with and understand. It has excellent, well priced incense and other products, and herbs that are used in divination, but with such a quality that they can be made into tea.

It is a wonderful Joy merely to walk into the shop, but to have someone so kind working behind the counter whereas sometimes these places can be gruff or unenlightened is truly wonderful. Not only does Jennifer know her stuff, but she also knows how to speak and love any people that walk into her store. And she's not even the owner.

If that's an indication of what this store is like, the owner must be spectacular herself.

A beautiful little shop. So welcoming!! So many things. I was in Saratoga Springs for a conference and took some time to walk downtown and view the shops. There are other similar shops in the area, but this was by far the most inviting and friendly. Crystals, incense, materials, and supplies. I highly recommend.
