* UPDATE* The funkos they sent are in terrible condition. These people can’t be real.

Awful customer service for orders I’ve been waiting on over a year. Should be ashamed saying they are about customers. Waited over a year for funkos. I went to cancel my order because you can buy those anywhere now. They charged us for cancellation and are sending available pops. We made it clear we want full refund and we don’t want the funkos.

*. Edit, it’s now May 20, 2025 and still have not heard from this garbage company. I’m convinced they are paying for the 5 star reviews.

I sent an email requesting for an update on my pre-ordered item that I purchased 2 months prior and got a response the next day from Julio. The website stated there would be a possible shipment to their warehouse in March and that’s when the order may be fulfilled so I followed up on it since March is almost over. Julio said he will check and got back to me 3 days later saying they got the shipment in and will fulfill my order right away. I was appreciative and the timing was prompt enough for me since I have a lot of patience and I know these things might take time so 3 days wasn’t too bad. Julio was kind and straight forward.

Just got my order in, have to admit that reading some of these reviews had me nervous. It does take a while to receive the pops. Understand that they are a third party seller and generally are last to receive inventory, which means you will receive the pops later than most people. That being said, customer service was always great anytime I contacted them and my order came in well packaged and in pristine condition. I will be a return customer.

Preordered my pops back in July with full disclosure they wouldn’t send out until September. Here we are beginning of September and i got all my pops in PERFECT condition and even in protective sleeves 😊 10/10 all around ☺️ will be coming back for more!

Pre-ordered a chase bundle since May only to get it delivered in Sept with the shipping box intact. Once opened one pop has a damaged box and the chase has the sticker peeled off! Return requested.

After reading a few reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. They sell u a product only to leave you empty-handed and frustrated months later and they STILL screw you for a 25% restocking fee. I have 1 more order pending delivery and im hoping it arrives in good condition. I definitely plan to stop buying from his place.

THE ODDS ARE AGAINST YOU FOR RECEIVING YOUR MERCHANDISE. I wish I had read the reviews before I made my purchase. I pre-ordered a pop on March 15th, 2024. I have yet to receive my pop. I've sent emails, and all I get is a screenshot of some random website with a new estimated release date that's always pushed back. I tried calling, and they never answered. They just responded with a text message asking for your support # only to ghost you and never reply. These people are scam artists.

I've never been to the store buy I've bought some funkos off the online store many times and they always let me down. I recommend you to not buy anything if you're getting them shipped. I ordered bloody mark and they took almost a year to ship but that wasn't the huge issue. I reached out to them many times and finally they said they had them in stock, got a shipped confirmation within an hour. Got my package to get a surprise... only one was shipped.... I reached out and they said the other will be shipped shortly, 3 months later I reached out for the 2nd one and instead of looking out for me they refunded the mark I was missing. Horrible communication and horrible customer service.
