The reviews for this shop are really strong, and the bouquets pictured are very nice. However, I was entirely ripped off. After tax and delivery, I paid $187 for a dozen small roses with 5 eucalyptus stems and some baby's breath.

I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from here unless you can get some sort of guarantee of the quality you'll receive. I made the mistake of not clarifying my expectations when I placed the order and Shalee entirely took advantage.

I won't waste time arguing with the owner on the internet, so ignore both what both of us say and look at the picture. If you think that's worth $187 then go ahead and order, otherwise look for another option.

I reached out same-day on short notice and she was able to create a beautiful arrangement for my mother’s birthday and delivered it immediately. Amazing service, could not be happier! The process was so easy and seamless. Would highly recommend and will use again.

The owner put together a beautiful sympathy arrangement for me on short notice and delivered it within a few hours! She was SO sweet, responded to my text right away, made the ordering process very quick and easy, and was eager to work with whatever budget worked best for me. You could tell she puts a lot of love and care into her services, and loves to see flowers brighten someone’s day. I don’t live in this area, but I would LOVE to buy flowers from her again if the opportunity ever arose.

I called The Elfin Florist last night from Florida to have a bouquet of flowers delivered to my mom in California tomorrow for Mother’s Day and they did not disappoint!! Shalee was wonderful to work with over the phone. Personable, direct, and professional. She asked me what my budget was, what flowers my mom loves and my mom’s personal style. She created a beautiful arrangement delivered direct to door with exactly what I envisioned and my mom LOVES. AND she wrote a beautiful card with exactly what I said. 1,000% recommend for future floral arrangements. I will only be using them in the future. Thank you The Elfin Florist!!

I live out of State and wanted to send flowers to my mother for her birthday. Calling this flower shop was the best pick & is deserving of a 5 Star review & then some . Wonderful customer service, great experience & as you can see gorgeous flowers. I was even sent pictures before delivery so I knew what was being sent. Loved that!!!! My mother is still raving about how lovely her flowers are & that they are continuing to bloom. Bummed I couldn’t be with her in person but glad I was able to make her day, thanks to the help 🤍💐 Thank you !!

Called The Little Shop of Flowers Saturday afternoon before Easter. I'm in IL and needed to send flowers to my CA sister for her Easter birthday the next day. After seeing some of the shop's photos on FB, I decided on a succulent garden for my sister and Shalee got to work. Soon, she sent photos of the custom garden she had created and within a few hours of my calling, she had delivered the beautiful garden to my sister's home. Thank you Shalee for your efficiency, attention to detail, and for the beautiful succulent arrangement!
