person at the door was letting in people. standing at the side of the door, not blocking the way. He seems like a greater. he was very rude. my child walked in. he then took a step to block me from walking in. I I said, "That's my kid." he said, "Oh, I guess kids just rule the world and get to do whatever they want." I just walk in past him and ignore him at that point.

he could have just ask for me to call him back and wait. he didn't have to have an attitude. there was no line to get in at that time. we drove an hour to come for the experience. we will not be coming back here.

Mace was super helpful and very sweet! I let him know it was my 10 y/o sisters birthday and he made it more special by getting her a freebie. All of the staff are super friendly every time I visit, but Mace was the one that helped me out today. My sister and I appreciate his kindness!

My kid got a Lego set for Christmas gift from Santa 😉. Unfortunately, one of the pieces was broken, which made it impossible for him to continue building. I wasn’t sure if an exchange was possible, but when I called, the staff went above and beyond. They not only offered a replacement but even took a piece from their display model to help us out. I really appreciate to them showing their love and kindness. Thanks all!

Wow! Customer service is always great regardless which location👍🏽 Love the new stuff just came out for holiday 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽wish list here we come🤭🤭🤭 Got the book with coupons as well. We’re visiting i town and have chance to go Legoland Discovery -Malpitas buy adults and get kids free, Awesome deal👍🏽 We’re flying but at least we order online the stuff we want.
