First time here. We came on a Monday morning at the beginning of July and it wasn’t busy at all. You can build your own Lego set here. There is also a build your own race car to play with and build here. Tons of parking in the mall parking lot.

My kids LOVE Legos! They didn't want to leave the store. We were there for at least 30 minutes building and looking around. Workers were pretty quiet and didn't really interact, but I didn't mind that much. Some sets are cheaper at Walmart or target but love the build wall and mini figures!

The events at this store are NOT autism friendly at all. We got there ten minutes before the event started and got into line. After 30 minutes of waiting (20 mins past the scheduled start time) and after the fire alarm went off 3 separate times, we finally just had to leave before even receiving our lego kit because my son was having an autistic shut down. I did not realize so many people still go to malls like it's the early 2000s but it was packed. I will not be coming back. I tried to talk to the employee standing literally less than 6ft away from me and he acted like I didn't exist which was super rude. I just wanted to know what was going on since they were 20 minutes late for their own event!

Wow, the wide selection of legos they have is amazing. The selection of sets for all ages is so wide and different taste. They also individual pieces that you can purchase in a tub. You can customize your own Lego people you can get three custom people for $10. You can go in there and just browse and be amazed with some of they displays. They also have tables setup for kids to build on while you browse the store. Kind and courteous sales staff makes your experience that much better. They were able to provide me information to all of the questions I asked. They also provide a VIP membership for free.

What was most impressed with were the displays. They are amazing!!!

Went to this store today looking for a certin lego piece that had been destroyed. Jay was an amazing staff member who directed us to the mini figure store in kirkwood. We were able to find what we needed, and it's all thanks to Jay!!! Also, I love this store for all the newest sets out there! All the displays are very entertaining.

Visited your store Saturday and was amazed at the wonderful service. Greated a we came in. Friendly chatting about different sets. Acted like we were the only ones he needed to spend time on. Made me want to come back!!!

It was my first visit of this Lego store. First impression is a very busy store where customers had to wait 10-20 minutes just to go inside. I was hoping to buy new sets and unfortunately, I couldn’t buy any new sets simply because everything was sold out by 11:00am
