Staff are cool, a guy called Dylan helped us out and he was fantastic, really knowledgeable and a great salesman. Made sure I was getting the best deal. Next time I’m looking to drop hundreds on a Lego set (again) I’m coming to this one.

Zak is really professional and friendly, and most importantly, very handsome! Could the manager please to tell him that he made my day. As for the Lego, I often shop here, and the staff are all very nice. This afternoon, I bought these two Lego sets, and the experience was particularly great. Highly recommended!

I didn't buy anything as unfortunately the conversion to € made some sets more expensive than buying at home. I have to acknowledge the good aspects though, despite not buying.

This store has a much more extensive selection than we have in the LEGO store in my country. It was a really nice experience and the staff were very nice, greeting us when we entered.

Love the level of detail lego put into all the displays, the themes are fantastic. Loved the addition of the dots.
We paid for the workshop. It was really lovely, the guy taking the mini class was so helpful throughout each stage. Highly recommend the workshop and the kids get to keep that lego make at the end. The staff on the ride and in the cafe were also very helpful and friendly.
Can't wait to visit again soon.

I walked into the lego shop today (17th Oct), having had a terrible day was so stressed out and needing a missing piece for one of my lego sets at home. The most gorgeous human being completely turned my day around her name was Mia (if i remember correctly)and honestly she went above and beyond in helping me find what I needed. Not only did we find it but she was so so lovely, her customer service was excellent ❤️ you are all very lucky to have a member of staff like that on your team. Thank you Mia for turning my day around!
