This LEGO store is top notch - the employees that they hire are kind, extremely helpful, and love what they do. I called this location this past weekend to check stock on a certain set and connected to Andy. Let me tell you - Andy was so nice, listened to my request, and told me to drive safe on my way to the store. When my husband and I arrived to the store, Andy greeted us with a smile and already had the item I was asking about ready to go for me behind the counter. He gave us the option to shop around more if we wanted to or to go straight to checkout. We are very happy with our new LEGO set but I wanted to leave a great review here because we are even happier with the customer service we received from Andy!

Dear Lego Customer Service,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience at the Lego store in Elizabeth, New Jersey. This location has held a special place in my heart for many years, as I have been a loyal customer and have enjoyed bringing my children there.
During my most recent visit, I encountered a manager named Val. Despite being a long-time customer and having made a significant purchase during many visits, I was deeply dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received.
Val's demeanor was demeaning and condescending. While she may have provided the correct information regarding my inquiry, the way she communicated was entirely unprofessional and lacked any sense of customer care. I have worked in customer service for many years, and I can confidently say that I have never encountered such a negative interaction. Her approach did not enhance my experience as a customer; it actively detracted from it.
It is incredibly disheartening to experience such poor service at a store that I have cherished for so long. The Elizabeth Lego store has been a place of joy and creativity for my family, and I have always appreciated the positive atmosphere. However, my interaction with Val has unfortunately led me to reconsider my future patronage.
I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and that steps will be taken to address the customer service practices at this location. I am truly saddened to say that, as things stand, I do not believe I will be returning to the Elizabeth Lego store.

I used to love coming into this location until today ! There was a Karen ! Rude lady (Val) must be a new manager never seen before and hope to never run into her again. Lego store is supposed to be a happy store but this lady’s negativity clearly not only affects the employees but the customers. Lady was about 50 years old black hair black African American. I have never experienced such a bad experience at the Lego store 🙁

I like going here because I love getting Lego’s for my son and I think they can do so much then just sell you Lego at this location it’s just as big space they have like other stores that have this space have activity workshops for kids and it can me easily implemented in this location not sure why they have not done this

Went to get the Ninjago City Gardens since they are sold out online. I don't really like Ninjago, but that set looks really cool.

I looked a lot at the Monkie Kid stuff too. I ended up buying the Flower Mountain set. I like the box let me know it doesn't actually float on water. Haha I never thought it would. That would have been cool though!

I got a free carrot house, and a free Lloyd thing, and a free Easter set. That's cool.

The people that work in this store are usually super nice. Never had a rude employee. Once had an average, but for the most part everyone is great here. Very thankful this store is in the mall.
