I spent $80 on items from the online store. The jumpsuit ($25) was too large. I used the size chart that was on the web page. I returned the jumpsuit, which was $11 shipping and a restocking fee of $10 , for a total of $46. I should have read the BBB report on Katie Grace. There were reports of this happening to others along with little to no communication via phone. Just be mindful of your purchases here, especially from her online store.

I recently discovered The Katie Grace Boutique while googling a specific dress I was looking for. Not only was the dress the BEST price I had found but they shipped the dress the same day within hours of me ordering!! Couldn’t ask for better service than that! Will definitely be shopping here again soon!

I LOVE this boutique. I live out of state so I've only purchased online, but I've had nothing but great customer service! I love the low prices and quality of the clothes. There are other online boutiques that I have purchased from selling the same clothing for double the price. One suggestion that would be extremely helpful when purchasing online is having average sized women model the clothing in pictures so that we can see how the clothing fits before ordering online. The stock photos are of models who are all the same size.🙂

Prices were good! Great selection of items. Easy to find from highway. My only issue was that as the only person of color in the store, I felt as if "extra" attention was paid to me versus other patrons. I will not hold it against them. As a matter of fact, I plan on going back soon. I purchased two shirts and a pair of leggings and spent less than $70. So, I will not allow assumptions to keep me from a good buy!

I have shopped online at this boutique for years and sadly never will again. There have been several times where I would reach out to ask about an item and the response was not friendly at all. I assumed it was someone young and would let it go. Recently I was so disappointed in the way I was communicated with. I have had the privilege of working at several boutiques and take small businesses to heart. We’ve always been taught to make the customer feel valued and loved. I do not feel this way here. This shop just lost a loyal customer.

Long time Katie Grace shopper and recent new mom here! I impatiently awaited the opening of the new location in Hartselle. We loaded up the car and made the trip from Huntsville to shop on the opening day. The new location is beautiful and the selection of clothes was wonderful..However, I was highly disappointed to find that there were no accommodations in the ladies room to change my baby’s diaper. I had no option but to change him on the floor. Putting the most valuable thing you’ve been given in life on a bathroom floor is more than upsetting and very degrading. I hope that this is a minor oversight that can be fixed soon—your shoppers (and their babies) deserve better than the bathroom floor.

I love everything that I have purchased from this boutique. I previously left a bad review for the Katie Grace Boutique due to a mistake in shipping. Customer service reached out to me later and addressed the issue. They generously issued me a gift card to make up for the mistake. I was impressed with their commitment to customer service. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend checking them out online or in the store.
