Service is very disappointing. I came NY eve as walk in customer. There are 2 cashier's andthere is another line for online orders. I'm the only one in walk in line but the cashier keep to finish the 5-6 online people and I waited for at least more than 5 minutes before the other cashier called me. Then she told me that walk in order has minimum 9 lbs.for ham. I only wanted small size which she refused to take my order. I asked if there are available smaller size but she didn't answer. I then went online inside this store and ordered smaller size. Then went to the online order line which I was the only one in line. The 2 cashier didn't bother to acknowledge my presence especially the other one who refused my order. She was just chatting with the male employee until the other one asked her to help me that was about 5 minutes of waiting. Very bad service that doesn't deserve 1 star. I did not complain then to not ruin the New Year but hope this doesn't happen again to others.

Waited in line for 30 minutes even though there were only 2 people in front of me and they tell me they don’t make sandwiches. Two of the three menu screens were showing all sandwiches but they can’t make them and the last screen was broken. No way to know what you can order.

Great ham for thx giving. Just don’t be like me pay for your ham online before arriving to the store. You will get 2.5 hours of your life back. Again. Pay for your ham online. Then go pick up. I reserved my ham online but didn’t pay. So I’m stuck in this line with the rest of the people.

I used to love Honey Baked Ham and getting their sandwiches. My mom got a gift card and she still paid over $40 for one SMALL ham. It's not great. We would have been better off getting a $25 ham from Walmart, they taste better and you get a much bigger ham! Very disappointing.

I was hosting a luncheon for some residents at my job and I was so glad that I chose to come here. The ham is always amazing. Choosing the sides wasn't as hard because unfortunately they only have in the fridge what's available that day so you can't order ahead and I didn't want to come back later so I wasn't able to get everything I wanted but the one thing I was so glad to get was the coconut cake! The best ever! The person working there had great customer service.

I’ve been buying honey baked ham for the last 25 years. Before. Christmas eve I bought a big ham worth over 90$ . When I opened it on Christmas eve the color of the ham was almost black . The ham was burnt on the edges but not inside. I am used to having the golden glazed color of it . My family was turned off. I complained to West Covina Honey Baked ham store .. but they told me .. it is really like that . I should have brought back the whole ham accdg to the manager.
I was not asking for a replacement or discount .. but I am an Unhappy customer this time they did give me any consideration.
