Amazing. The selection and prices. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Encouraged my kids to actually play and interact with the toys. Beautiful little play area in back. Well worth whatever drive you are considering. My kids were asking when they can go back before we even left.

MY, it seems like "Sunny Days" needs some "time out" sitting in the corner chair. Such a crabby response.
The folks at HABA have always answered all my questions fully, and have always been very friendly and attentive. I like their products, and Children LOVE their toys. No place else that I can find has the creativity, quality, safety, and Child friendly toys and games that HABA markets.

The Haba Foundation is Truly based on Pure Love for Children . I called today Spoke with a worker and said it shows your closed online she said come on in. So a first time I took Grama and My 3 Yr Old Daughter entered in the building and a workers Grandson was in there it was his Birthday Kids played for awhile and on they went to pick out toys . What a Beautiful Store and Very well made Toys for Children of All Ages. I highly Recommend you purchase Toys from Haba for Several Reasons One they last , Two German Product has always Been The top Product Around, 3rd There are No Toxic Materials Made with these Toys.

Awful customer service! I asked some specific questions about dolls (which are ALL MADE IN CHINA) stating that I was looking for non-toxic options and not only was it a cookie-cutter response with some of my questions ignored, but there's not even a hello or signature at the bottom. Not wasting my time on them as they aren't bothering with me. Pretty disappointing considering they are supposedly one of the safer toy company options. Not a word about whether they monitor their Chinese factory, how they test for safety in their products etc... and being made in China in general is a disappointment.

Quality has gone down, and you can tell HABA USA is under new management that seems to only care about a bottom line. Disappointing, since it had so much potential.
