I have used the flower mine several times to send bouquets and arrangements to my mother and grandmother who both live in a separate states from me... The one in Yuma Arizona Is good as gold, and never fails to meet or exceed expectations with beautiful fresh flowers and arrangements that are very esthetically pleasing. Thank you, flower Mine! It may be my fault for ordering a fruit basket instead of flowers. However, if they are going to offer something they should be able to do it. It did technically have what it was listed to contain, but for $90 I don’t believe Kroger cream cheese spread and store brand crackers are appropriate. While not visually appealing at least the dried cranberries were Ocean Spray?
The basket was cute and the overall presentation was decent. However, while I never expected everything to be exactly like the example on the site, I did assume the contents would be of equitable value.
Additionally, when the recipient went to the shop to question it, they were treated very rudely. They did take back the basket and thankfully returned the product cost, so I am only out the delivery cost and fees. Well, I tried to support local business….Hopefully, Mom enjoys her new basket from Amazon.

I was really happy with everything about this experience. I ordered online. I picked the picture of one of my flowers to look like and they look just like it. Delivery delivery prompt. The deliveries were for my mother‘s birthday And my mother told me that the men who delivered the flowers was very kind. What more could you ask for? True picture to picture, Promptness and kindness. Those are three things you can’t depend on anymore. The flower mine has my business as long as my mother lives in Yuma. What a great way to start your fourth quarter of life.

Update. Bought my mom a bouquet of spring flowers March 2025. Still pleased with the costumer service, the location in regard to my mom’s, and are really talented. As long as my mom lives in Yuma, the flower mine will have my flower business.

Flowers aren’t bad but their delivery times are awful. I had 3 arrangements sent this week. All arrangements are scheduled around school pickup time. So if you’re delivering to someone who has kids who need to be picked up they won’t be home to receive their flowers. It’s just annoying and inconvenient. Especially since it’s so hot in Yuma. Chocolates melt and flowers die. They can re-deliver the flowers the following day but that defeats getting them on the special occasion. Will order from different florist next time simply due to inconvenience of their ill timed delivery times.

Such a quick and easy experience ordering a flower delivery! I went to their website, picked out my bouquet, and had it delivered to my moms job the same day 🙂 I even called the store to ensure it would be possible and the man who answered was so sweet and reassuring, it made the whole experience that much better. 10/10 recommend.

We have lived here for 4 years now and only use The Flower Mine for flowers. They are always super nice and helpful.
I went in on 2/12 requesting a A.M delivery for Valentines Day (one of thier busiest days). They said they couldn't promise but they will do their best.
They did it! I am really appreciative of their efforts for their clients. They are the best!
