Kristin hand picks each item in her shop so carefully and thoughtfully. If you feel guilty doing your shopping at target and want to support small businesses, but can’t afford the boutique price tag you often find in Benicia, this is your stop. I am constantly in that dilemma and The Filling Station has changed that. Not only is it supporting a small business to shop here, but each item goes through a rigorous process to land on their shelves and they are items that are made sustainably, ethically and/or locally.

TFS goods & gifts has been my last minute go-to for gifts on three occasions and it’s so nice it’s right in town so no waiting for shipping and no need to drive far!
