Very dissatisfied with the flower arrangement and their customer service. I ordered my wife a flower arrangement for Valentine's and upgraded to a premium Arrangement and ask for it to be in a centerpiece but received a standard flower arrangement instead. I contacted them to inform them that there must have been an error in my order but was dismissed and Disregarded. Very dissatisfied and we'll never purchase flowers from this location ever again. You don't get what you pay for. First image is what we received, and the second image is what we were expecting And paid for.

Very positive!! My bouquet arrived Sat before Mothers Day and it was in perfect condition- and it’s so beautiful. I just wanted to compliment the driver as well- he was friendly and positive and very courteous. He complimented my gift arrangement of flowers and forgave my lack of a tip for him!
