This store needs to stop offering curb side pickup. There's never anyone there to bring your order out. Even if you push the "I'm here" button in the email, no one brings your order out. I go in the store and I'm told that I have to check in with them. Cashier had to drop what she's doing to radio my order into the back. Why even offer it if you can't logistically manage it I once had an item out of stock in my pickup order, person who handed me my order told me to contact customer service for a refund, customer service told me I have to talk to the store directly. I'm not sure what happened in the last few years but service has really gone downhill.

This place is awesome! The entrance is located on Locust. (hope I spelled the street right)
I came here because they were the only store I could find that sells hanger reacher poles. I need it to hang my pieces for the vendor events and The Container Store had several in stock.
They even have so much I never imagined they would have. And the prices are reasonable. It was quite inside and extremely organized.

It's so easy to lose track of time in this store. They have everything storage related you will be sure to find what you need and more. I never knew that storage had so many options to make my life easier. the staff is extremely helpful, I needed to measure something and a staff member was quick to help me. If you need custom sizing they have that for free! also download their app for a $10 off coupon on your first purchase 🙂

Staff are super friendly and know where everything is. The location is pretty decent too since it's right across from a parking structure. Pricing for Container Store is always higher than what I expect, but you can't best the quality of some of their stuff.

We don’t go here for the music (haha) but we do go here for the containers. They have so many options to choose from. Some items are clearly overpriced. Yikes. Some are reasonable. It’s a real mix, so pay attention. But to the store manager— do consider changing the music. It’s so abrasive. Honestly, I think it’s affecting the mental health of people who shop and work there. It’s not okay.

Understaffed by their own admission today--which is crazy for back to school time with at least one local college starting fall term tomorrow. Very crowded, long waits for help, and no one asking to assist me when I was wandering for ages looking for a desk hutch. The ladies that finally did help me were very pleasant despite the stress they were under.

Avoid dishonest, items way over priced in relationship to value. Order 2 draws online, drove 2 hours to pickup. One was deformed and the other cracked. How dishonest can you be when getting an order ready to handoff as acceptable when the products were defective (obviously so). This place is bad.
