My mother was worried about her phone that had a broken screen. Although they told us they were busy at the moment, we ended up picking up her phone the same day after a few hours!! Service was great, everyone was extremely understanding and helpful. Definitely coming back to get our computers and game systems checked in the future.

If you have a problem electronically, these guys can fix it. These guys are fast, professional, & on point with everything they do. No nonsense and very reasonable. I personally wanna give a shout out to Allie (I hope I spelled the name right). He was patient and diligent in helping me with the situation I had with my laptop. I will always come back to this business when I have any computer and electronic problems. I highly suggest anyone else do the same. Thank you guys at the computer depot. I needed some data from a very old drive and they worked tirelessly to help me get it all. They were willing to work with me and were patient with me even tho it took months to get the money to pay for the service, they were communicating often with me to see what the next steps would be and were very professional and helpful and I'm insanely satisfied with my service. It may seem like a steep price to pay at first, but I realized that I was also paying for experience, friendliness, capability, reliability, and so much more. I got what I payed for and so much more

If negative was an option it would be, they mixed my board with another persons console and when that person came back they wiped mine and told him to keep it! Once I came back they made some story how they fired the guy who got them mixed up and the best they can do is refund me and wipe his accounts off what was now mine!!

We have been using this location as our IT go to for some time now after being let down by several other stores in town. We have very specific need and are very particular about the services we pay for. With that being said we have never been let down or had complaints about the staff or any of the services we have had performed. I would highly recommend there services to companies that require a timely and professional jod

Hey yesterday i went to a phone store i tagged it in this post i paid them 60 dollars to glue my screen back to my phone. I went home and it wasn't glued to the phone. So i called them back and they said i had a 90 days to go back and fix it and get my money back.
Today I went back to the phone store with my dad so I had a witness so I could not be scammed.They told me and my dad i couldn't get my money back and i was banned from the store didn't get my phone fixed they grabbed my phone and pulled the screen apart so my screen isn't connected to my phone. They also cussed me and my dad out.I am out 60 bucks and no phone. I have a phone coming in the mail on Saturday. They are very unprofessional.They are so poor i will not be giving them any stars do not go here. They are scamming people left and right. The boss cussed me out and my dad out i was promised a 90 day to comeback and give my money back did not happen and obviously he doesnt care about his ccustermors and my pictures are proof that he didn't fix it i have proof and i know and if you look at his reviews if something was wrong he denies everythin. And ripping people off and you own a bussiness you shouldnt

Brought in my rog 6 gaming phone because my screen was cracked and they said that they worked on one before and that they could fix the screen but when it was time to fix it they couldn't get it to power on when they opened up the whole phone front and back.

I knew something was wrong when they couldn't get it to power on and they asked if we would just buy a different phone since they couldn't get it to power on. We declined and just wanted the phone back, when we got the phone back, the back of the phone is open and looks like they used tape or something to put it back and for the screen it's not on correctly.

I will not be taking any electronic here again.
