The Collector's Kid was a great shop for all sports collectibles and pokemon collectibles as well. The staff were awesome people who were very knowledgeable about the sports memorabilia that they had on display. I've been to quite a few sports memorabilia shops, and by far, the Collector's Kid ranks in the top 5! It's definitely worth your time if you're in the area.

Shop has a wide variety of cards, Pokemon, sports and all. They have a Mystery Box going on right now. 30 (29) envelopes, each comes with 2 packs and a graded card. 1/5 (1/4 chance now 😏) to pull a graded Charizard. Reasonable prices, near market value. And they have a cute dog supervising the shop sometimes!

Ill put this nicely. If youre looking to burn money come here. Priced like resellers/scalpers. Decent folks, but they are not for the tcg player/average art collector (pokemon). Best of luck in your search for MSRP *PSA* theres other LGS/LCS that sell for MSRP that are not trying to dry hump your wallet with no lube.

Went there today, to check out the place and buy some Pokemon cards. Current sets that are $5 a pack in stores are sold here for a higher price. Not sure if they’re actual authorized Pokemon dealers or not but aside from that being overpriced I thought the slabs and the singles are right around market price. They do sell some really old packs which are expected to be at that high price point. Definitely don’t come here looking for a deal but do come to find the cards you wanted and for the cute dog.

Friendly staff, very helpful, the inventory is well-stocked with a good variety to choose from, the prices are fair and well-organized. If I could give The Collectors Kid more stars, I absolutely would! Surfsandtrees and I have been coming to Carl, Liz, Gavin and Daryl for our Pops since 2022 before they moved to their new location next door in Batavia.

And of course Dan the man! Seeing him at The Collectors Kid on Sunday after my kidney surgery reminded me of why I love people so much 😉 The location where I was able to obtain my beautiful Bulma card from Dragonball Z and Lion King 100 Disney card. The moment you walk through their doors you'll be transported to a world of nostalgic toys, sporting and Pokemon cards.

Besides their endless inventory you can get lost chatting with these marvelous people. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for their work in their products and customer service is so amazing! Shelves top to bottom and walls decorated with beautiful posters, bags, skateboards, and Pop Funko grails!

Whether you're a collector or just someone looking for a unique experience, The Collectors Kid is a definite must-visit in Batavia. You could even watch them on Instagram and WhatNot to see their inventory and shows. This place is amazing and the people who work there are even more amazing. I was able to pull the top chase card in evolving skies ETB that I had received from this car shop 10 out of 10 they always have amazing product.
