Horrible experience from owners wife. My family and I bought about 20 pops and got home and realized a couple were broken. My son who is 8 is a big collectors of Funko pops and we have bought many from this family owned store in the past few months. We went to return the broken ones with dust all over them as they were used and shoved back in a box sold like they were new and we wanted to exchange them for a couple other ones that were not broken and even buy more. The owners wife played dumb and pretended she didn’t even know who I was and acted like she didn’t remember my family and I talking with them for almost 2 hours the night before. She said she could not help us and all sales are final. There was nothing posted about all sales final. She stated if we weren’t going out of business I could help you. I left the broken pops on the counter and the other $70 worth of pops I wanted to buy and my son and I walked out. I will never support this rude owner again!!!! No wonder why they are going out of business and you wanted to blame it on your other job! It’s your customer service sucks and no one wants to work for you!!!

Great selection of Funko Pops and Die Cast cars. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is very welcoming. Worth checking out if you're big into collecting and in the area.

It's worth the drive from Sacramento to Dixon. Small store great prices and the nicest owners. I really recommend for Funko Pop collectors and Die Cast.
