This shop is awesome!! This is the biggest lego store in LegoLand, so definitely stop by! They have sets for beginners as well as experienced builders, and of every different topic. Things are expensive, but the same prices as every store in the park. Kind employees, and awesome that you can buy a huge reusable bag for only $2.

This was our first visit to the Big Store located inside Legoland and we were under the impression that it was the largest Lego store in the USA. In terms of size, it may be true, but unfortunately it doesn't have the latest Lego sets we were looking for. Yes, there are more options here, and I expected the latest Minecraft 2023 sets to be sold here.

Went to guest services to get a shoppers. You get 1 hour from the time you enter park and must purchase item(s) totaling 25 dollars. So went and bought my items (Titanic and Harry Potter books). Casandra offered to cart it to pick up. Told her I was at guest drop off outside and she said no problem. I was super happy because it’s a big set. Went back to guest services and got my refund. Casandra escorted it out for me and was very nice. Her with her co-workers in the big shop were super awesome and made it very simple and easy.

I can’t knock it too much, but honestly, I was a bit disappointed. I expected so much more selection from this store.

The “exclusive” sets were kinda lame. They did have some “difficult to find” sets, but besides that nothing really that I couldn’t easily find elsewhere, or at another Lego store.

The mini-fig build shop was sad. Very limited selection of accessories.

I was hoping for a lot more out of this shop. More selection, more base sets for creative builds, more variety.

For all the effort to get in on a shopper’s pass (paying for parking, park entry and then having to return for a refund after completing your shopping), it wasn’t worth it to me.

That said, I’ll give it four * because it was clean, the people were nice, and there were some fun sets. It’s really more like 3.5* IMO.

This is our favorite Lego store. There is always a great selection and how can you go wrong buying Legos in Legoland? You can lay away your purchases so you don't have to lug them all over the park. Some of the harder to purchase Lego sets can be found here. You can get parking and 1 hour to shop at the Big Shop if you go to Guest Services before entering in the park.

This is my favorite store at LEGOLAND California. They offer most of the items that you'll find throughout the park and hotel.

They also offer a baggage check. I like this service because it's the 1st shop near the entrance, and I like to shop first; so they'll hold my bags for the day as I focus on the rides.

FYI if you wanna go just to the store you have to pay $27 to park, then also buy a one day ticket per person over $100, then you can go to the store make a min purchase of $25 and be out in an hour and they will refund you all of the charges for parking and a ticket. Was a huge pain and inconvenient just to go see the store….

Great place to shop but be warned... its crowded. There's so many items to look at you'll want to be sure to leave time. Don't forget to check out the sale wall too..... we found some great gifts!
