I came here often for candy king vape flavor and recently decided to buy a pipe kit as well. The kit didn't quite fit together properly (the clip doesn't extend over the lip of the tip, so the tip could slide out on its own).

I brought it back and asked if I was doing something wrong. Cashier said it looked sketchy and janky to him as well but he did not have a better part to give me. Cashier suggested I go to another store to buy different parts for the kit they sold me. I asked if I could just return the unused kit for store credit and buy a better quality pipe, but he declined (let that sink in, I offered to give them more money for an acceptable peoduct...).

Seems like a bizarre choice, so unfortunately I have to recommend everyone avoid shopping here.

The guys here are awesome. Nate and Evan were so knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store and asking for them. I literally felt so comfortable here and it was my first time here. The selection is amazing. They have everything. They felt like family. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

This place is very awesome has a lot of pieces a lot of different choices and they have a budget CBD products The kid behind the desk gonna have much knowledge of the store but he was brand new I would definitely recommend the store to other people One negative side is he didn't have any smok mods

The blond middle aged heavier set lady that works often during the day is extremely brash, has no interest in either customer service or the sales part of retail as she is always very little help and misses every opportunity to make a sale or upsell anything. And the rare opportunity you do get her to engage you will quickly discover she has little knowledge of any of the products she's selling (d8 thc / hhc / thc a / kratom / cbd etc.) the shop itself is clean and nice with quality inventory glassware to a wide range of smokers products....its a bummer the staff kills the deal and 9 / 10 times she is the reason I will continue on a mile up the road to the competitor.

Nice variety of glass and great customer service from Harley! He is super friendly and knowledgeable unlike some other shops. I even see him at one of my other favorite shops in Rocklin lol Definitely will be back 🙂
