This is are second time here, obviously love claw machine and John was very welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in, also if your looking for certain piece let him know, he’ll do his BEST to find it for you, some of the figurine we saw were Pokémon and Sonny Angel and a lot of anime etc. Thank You John, we definitely recommend this shop, Christmas is around the corner guys!!

I heard about this store and decided to check it out. There were many gacha machines featuring a large variety of anime and other shows. The experience was pretty fun, and there were even photo booth areas set up to take photos of any toys or figurines you bought! The guy working there seemed knowledgeable, and I could tell he was being very careful with bagging merchandise. Cool dude!

I had an experience where I bought a Labubu thinking it was real but it turned out to be fake. They did an investigation where they realized they had been scammed. They were super nice and understanding and I was able to get a full refund. Please go and support this business!! I really enjoyed the coin machines! They had so many options and it was really well priced!!

I heard about this store through tik tok and decided to check it out. There was so many gacha machines with very good selections. I personally was so happy to see the selection of Winnie the Pooh. John and Jane were so nice and made the experience super fun, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend coming and checking this place out. Thank you to John and Jane again for making the experience super amazing.

Visiting family, this was our second time at the Artoy and what a great experience again. An incredible selection and reasonable prices. I was able to get a full set of a Godzilla set and my wife and kids all found things they loved as well. The service is amazing as well and the owner was genuinely happy and invested in what you get. Such a nice person. This is hands down the best gacha experience we've ever had and I can't recommend this store highly enough.
