Sold a Eufy heatflow wearable pump to them in December, used twice, everything was there even the brush to clean it. I even brought it in the box. They only gave me $20 for a pump I spent $240 on. I know the price of pumps goes down once it's opened and used but I saw pumps in there that were going for $80 and they were already opened and obviously used. Sucks because I was already on the fence about selling it, was only selling because I needed money for a trip I was taking with my daughter.

I could see why there are some negative comments specifically on customer service at this store. My SIL told me when she went she overheard a very unprofessional conversation with staff/the owner which made her uncomfortable and getting assistance wasn’t always the easiest. I have been there and overheard somewhat unprofessional conversations of workers while shopping and getting assistance hasn’t always been the easiest from my experiences. My last time there I felt they were very helpful though it also wasn’t busy. They do have a large selection of products that are clean and organized. Hannah was very helpful last time I went so wonder if the experience depends on staff working or how busy 🤷🏻‍♀️.

I brought 6 bins of baby clothes to sell, and 3 different associates meticulously look at it, by the time the chatty owner did the final look an hour or so later, after she got the best ones from the pile she only paid a whopping $24 for a whole bin of nice baby clothes, not to mention the other clothes they took from my bin and didn’t bother to mention and pay for it 😔
As I was talking to a friend they also did the same exact thing to her.
If I could give a zero star I would 👎🏻

Called 3 times to speak with the owner about buying new Burt's Bees Baby Onesies to be told the owner isn't in yet. The person answering the phone said owner comes in at 10 AM, called 2 after that owner still wasnt in. Never supplied me with an additional way to contact owner such as an email address, cell phone number etc. This place appears to be poorly run!!

I honestly didn’t think it was bad experience as most reviews! I’ve usually found great finds that are very expensive at a typical store that I would buy at. Anytime I go I feel like I find exactly what I want and I feel lucky because of cheap it was! Most of my babies room is decorated using items I got from here! Now as to selling clothes realistically you go anywhere else sometimes they won’t take it and offer you a reasonable price. I feel like it’s the same here I go in mind with the idea of hoping I’ll make at least $20. I’m someone who likes to shop but without anyone bothering me and it’s so quiet there even my baby falls asleep at times. lol

I have been going to this store for a few years, and I am never disappointed. I will always go here to buy clothes for my boy (10) and my girls (7 and 2) before I go anywhere else. The staff is always polite and helpful, and the owner is super involved with her business. I always find myself going over the budget I set for myself because there is ALWAYS more good stuff to buy! Especially for my toddler. I don't understand the negative reviews - this is not the Goodwill so don't expect that. These are high quality, good condition items that are less than what you'd buy them new for but not exactly goodwill prices because these are GREAT clothes! They don't take just any clothing from people looking to sell and I appreciate that because I don't have to dig for the quality items through weeds of outdated clothing... If they don't buy your stuff, it's just so those of us who want quality, in style items can have a better shopping experience! 🙂 10 stars.

I have been shopping here for a couple years now and have gotten some amazing deals. The dollar room (yes…$1 room!) is worth going by itself! Staff have always been friendly to me and the place is clean, plus there’s space for my little to play which any momma knows is priceless for an enjoyable shopping experience. Sold some things for the first time last weekend and while some reviews complain about compensation, I felt that what the owner gave me for my items was very reasonable for a resale shop. She even offers a greater percentage if you take store credit! Not a lot of places do that and for selling outgrown clothes then buying the next size up this was perfect!!! I think people forget that they have to make money off the sales too. (If you want 100% resale value, sell it yourself.) Overall, both buying and selling have been great experiences and I will continue to be a frequent customer as my kids grow!

Do not come here, owner is very rude. Came in to sell some used and some new baby items. The owner right in front of me was telling her employee how much to buy the items from us and how much they will re sell it in the store. Literally right in front of me! Super RUDE! Have some dam respect to your customers…. Doesn’t even acknowledge me standing right there. DO NOT COME HERE. Take your business elsewhere.
Find another baby store in a nearby city. It will be worth it!
