Update: I was finally able to get a hold of somebody. They apologize for the delay in responding, but they were able to send me out a brand new one at no coast to me! I am still currently using that keyboard and loving it! Must buy from them!!!

They have great products and for a great price! The downfall is their customer support and customer service. My keyboard I bought and the 8-0 does not work. so I have called and emailed them many time and still no response back.
