Everything about this Taco Bell was NOT IT. Mexican pizza had hair inside, nacho cheese tasted like plastic, the whole “kiosk” thing is the dumbest thing ever. Costumer service was the worst. We waited 20 minutes for one soft taco.. They didn’t check up on us one time, had to ask multiple times when our food would be done, and not to mention bathroom is dirty. I never ever write reviews but I had strong feelings about this Taco Bell. they charged us for an extra nacho cheese.. Waitress was not patient.

Stopped in to grab some food in the lobby. The kid working the front counter said that I needed to order through the kiosk. He came out from behind the counter to show me where to order from. In the time that it took to come out and show me, he could have just took my order from the register.
So sad that customer service has gone out the window. I was also going to pay with cash. So he would have had to help me either way.

Every single time I order food I also order some fire sauce. I only get one or two and have to back in to get more and it's always the same manager lady standing with a confused look. I don't know what her problem is?

I walked in to get a crunchwrap supreme with a baja blast freeze and some people were hosting a baby shower? the employees were in on it too

Got the least filled soft tacos of my life. Did not have time to go back, had to get back to work. 3 tacos had the meat of only 1, if that. Usually this location is great, not sure what happened. Visit was on December 8th at about 10:15pm.

I just wanted to ditto my husbands review. The food here is the freshest I’ve had. And I love the employees here. Always friendly and professional.
And by the way : in response to the person complaining about the “homeless guy” … his name is Steve and he is a very nice man. If you’re fortunate enough to run across him when you dine here, he will likely open the door for you..He also cleans up around the place; picking up the trash and keeping the outside looking neat. And he doesn’t panhandle. Just remember, that there but for the grace of God, anyone of us could be in his shoes. So be careful before you judge.

This is one of the best Taco Bell's I've been to. Order is always correct and the drive thru is fairly quick. I've been to this restaurant many many times 😂 and have no complaints. So glad they have brought the 5$ box back. If they just had a few more options for the box it would be great.
