Tammie was awesome at helping me search for what I needed . She has terrific customer service. She was extremely welcoming and professional. The only thing that I wasn’t sure about was the price difference on some items. Some items were tagged 50% off which was awesome but the size was 2x . The same item but in a smaller size was full price . I wasn’t thrilled about it . But the store is clean and has a great selection of lingerie for women. ❤️

My partner and I have come to Suzie’s quite a bit on our journey within the last few years. Every time we found something we enjoy but we've also learned so much! Knowingly sold me a broken product and would not allow replacements. My wife and I were suggested a product by one of the employees, and we purchased it due to his stellar recommendation. However, upon opening the item in the car to ensure the item worked as we live an hour out of town, we realized it would not turn on or charge with the car charger. We went back in within five minutes and explained our situation as we had just purchased it, and the same man who sold us it convinced us it was charging -- though it was still not lighting up like the identical product in a different color and box was that he was showing us. After deciding it was too much of a risk, we asked for a replacement. However, a different man with purple facial piercings who had previously been making my wife extremely uncomfortable by silently circling around her told us they did not do exchanges. After offering no amends or sympathies, we had no choice but to go home and try charging the product, which we did and it still did not work. I have never experienced such a poor product and customer service before, so much so that it compelled me to write my first ever review.

They even have lube samples you can try on your arm to see how they feel (or to find out if you're allergic, like me). The prices are a bit steep, but you get what you pay for.
