Ordered a pre lit xmas tree 3foot On the 7th of Dec could not wait any longer I had too go buy another one Can't get answers on my issue regardless of how busy u and FedEx are read the reviews from people having same issue they didn't receive there refund u are a popular company very surprised how this is happening If I don't get a refund will have to email the owner of BBB
