Awesome staff! Great energy! Took the time to help both my boys understand the trade of Pokémon and the game itself. Will absolutely be returning here for Christmas gifts. Very knowledgeable and just overall great experience. Priscilla was absolutely phenomenal. Hoping she will be on duty when I return. Thank you so much!

I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the product I received from your store. I recently purchased an item that, to my dismay, turned out to be counterfeit. Customers enter your store with the expectation of buying authentic merchandise, but in this instance, that trust was clearly violated. Not only was I sold a fake item under the guise of it being genuine, but the customer service experience was also subpar. The staff’s dismissive attitude and lackluster explanation only added to my frustration. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

Thanks

Skinny dude with glasses is pretty rude. I went in with my brother to window shop some Pokémon cards and asked what I wanted. Just told him we were browsing and he kept being pushy about what I should get. He wouldn’t stop pushing cards large packs to buy. He doesn’t care about the customer experience. He just cares about the cash grab. I honestly feel bad for the younger kids that go in alone thinking he takes advantage to get them to spend their money on the most expensive items.
I don’t like being pressured on what I should buy with my money. Definitely not going back there. And he ends it off by saying that I’d be pretty dumb if I let go of the “deal” he has.

Don’t come here, waste of time and money. They have signs covering the store saying there are discounts but they up charge EVERYTHING. Shirts that have any wording on the back are an extra $5 each. Then if it’s a larger shirt like XL and up you pay an extra $5 each X. We came back to exchange shirts that we bought “discounted” and since it was an exchange we suddenly forfeit the discount. They tried to charge us $40 for a X3 shirt that should have been $25. Never coming back.

Really cute shop with lots of options, but everything was a tad bit overpriced in my opinion and many of the items you can find cheaper online. I can understand things being a little bit more expensive, but some of their items were about 35% to 40% hire.

The man reason for my 3 stars is their bag policy. As soon as I walked in the door they took my purse because it was a little big bigger than your average purse size. I also saw them take some other peoples purses that were a lot smaller. I saw many people around the store with bags a lot larger than mine that were not taken so I feel it they are going to enforce the policy, it has to be for everyone. I can understand they are worried about theft, but how can I trust my personal things with them behind the counter. They just had it randomly on a chair when I came to receive it.

From the outside I thought it was some comic book store for some reason. That was my poor judgement. Some samurai swords had caught my eye so I walked in. I was immediately greeted by the manager, Samvel. He was very friendly and courteous and talked about numerous items in the store that they had for sale. I quickly realized this was a collectibles store.

My brother, friend, and I strolled around and took a look at what they had to offer. Not my kind of thing but it was neat that they offered what they did. I think I was fascinated that the collectibles world really is quite vast and they had a lot of neat things in there if you're into Funko Pop! Rocks, pop culture tees, neat little trinkets, collector Lego characters, and even anime and comic book character figures and more. If you're into collecting this kind of thing, this store might have something you want. If you want to pass through and browse some neat collectible type things, be amused, and let your eyes admire for awhile - definitely stop in for a bit.

I ended up buying a samurai sword. Mine was approx. $100 (the swords there ranged between $100-$160 i think. My sword was made in China and doesn't have a full tang. But I'm not practicing to be a real life samurai. It's for zombies that may break in the house...

And thank you Samvel for your assistance!

Purchased these figurines thinking they would resemble the packaging. Unbeknownst to us, the figures came out very different and are very cheap quality. It is clearly false advertisement and a huge disappointment.
