Really sad to leave this review because the first time i came in i had a wonderful experience. The tall guy with blonde hair was so helpful and greeted me and asked what i was looking for. I pulled out what cards i was ISO and he actually took the time to go though a box of cards and pull ones i was looking for plus all other variants, the guy who checked me out was sweet too he double checked all of the conditions on the cards to make sure they were priced accurately and it was a great experience.

Fast forward to last night i thought id stop in again because i had just gotten off work and the shop was down the street. I walked in and no one said anything to me. The kid at the cash register had a 15 min conversation with a guy about grading cards and ignored me while i was looking at items in the case. 2 other employees passed me and said absolutely nothing. When the kid at the register finally was done with his conversation he came over and i had asked him if they had anything from gold and silver era for Pokemon. Was looked at like i was speaking another language and was told if it isn’t on the case to look online. Asked about the price of another card and was just told $50 didn’t even offer to take it out of the case for me to see. I was really disappointed because I had a rough day and wanted to come in and buy some singles for my personal collection for my birthday and the employees just made me feel like i didn’t exist or essentially that i was annoying.

Fun fact once i did get home and looked online for singles there was nothing really listed that was vintage at all. Guess I’ll just stick to eBay and MY local card shop where they actually want to help you out.

Food for thought maybe don’t work at a card store if you don’t want to help people. It’s just insane the total 180 in experiences that i had 2 weeks apart form each other.

This place is Great , everyone always has different experiences. I bought some ETBs from sullys and a UPC from there, unfortunately to say i suspected some of them were resealed. I was directed by staff to contact Sully via Facebook page or Discord , i did so and to my surprise He reached out to me immediately and Explained to him over the Phone about my findings and He was very polite and understanding, He also Offered me a “FULL REFUND” of the Resealed items. That i am thankful for. Most card shops wont offer you a full refund and will just tell you to get lost, that is not the Case with sullys. I am now a loyal customer to this shop because Sully understood and showed that he cares about the customers. P.s Andrew was very helpful the 2nd time i went to the shop and Was very knowledgeable with TCG. I would go back for sure!

My wife went into Sully’s Abode and had a terrible experience. The guy working was too busy talking to some random dude about nonsense to even acknowledge her. She stood there waiting while two other employees walked right past her without saying a single word.

After waiting 15 minutes just to ask a question, she was finally told, “If it’s not in the case, check online.” No effort, no help—just completely dismissive. What makes it worse is that the last time she was there, a younger employee actually took the time to go through a box of cards with her and was super friendly. So the contrast in service was honestly shocking.

The staff at the Pokémon shop in the Promenade were straight-up rude to my wife. That kind of attitude is unacceptable, and we won’t be going back. And if you don’t want to help customers, maybe don’t work in a collectible shop. Card Pop, here we come!

This place is fantastic. They have everything you could ever need, I was looking to get pokemon prismatic evolution packs and this place was the only one that got it. Would highly recommend.

Shoosh was really helpful and gave me some great deals. He was very nice and gave me some bonus free stuff. I tried to give him a card as a thank you gift and he declined. He is very generous. The store is also great overall. Awesome card selections and will be coming back during the summer.
