This store has really cute designs. Unfortunately their products don't last. We purchased this mask and the logo is peeling off after 2 days and we haven't even washed it yet. Contacted the shop and they have not replied.

LOVEEEE LOVEEE LOVEEE this shop!!!! I've followed the owner around from every location she's sold at before opening her own shop. It's been 6 years, and I'm still completely 110% satisfied with the quality and love she puts into all her beautiful bows. I always get so many compliments on my daughters bows everywhere we go. They last so long and are easy to clean if necessary. I have another little one on the way and plan on building her bow collection from ONLY Sugar and Spice!

Quality and customer service has gone way downhill. I ordered bows 2 months ago and she still isn't done with them- It used to take a week. Honestly, you're better off getting your items from Amazon.

Have been coming to this shop since it 1st opened!! Love it, love the products, love the employees, love the workers!!! Miko has helped with cou these personalized product and has such a beautiful soul!! Love this place and now travel 3+ hrs to visit since I moved out of the area!!

I have always shopped here never had a complaint but the last few times the quality of custom products has decreased this last time i had custom ordered a costume and strings were left on the outfit and the added trim was not even aligned the offically lost a long time customer i will no longer go back after the complete disregard for their work and customer service they do have sweet staff but should not be in custom work

I probably won't return here. They are so unprofessional and unorganized. Very sad because the owner does good work. She needs better staff and needs to run it way more professional
