Ordered online, payment went through, conformation number and everything, showed them proof. they tell me they don't see my order in the system, waited 30 minutes to get my food made and they have the audacity to try and charge me after I already paid and then the manager offers a 50% discount... smh I already paid. Not paying twice for an already over priced sandwich, I finally told them I didn't want it and she gave it to me and said "it's on me". good on her but thats what should have been done in the first place. If your going to do buisness in a small town you do your customers right not try and squeeze more $$$ out of them. Last time this place ever gets my buisness.

Been here several times. Never had any issues. On 3/25/23 my husband and I and another couple had a rude experience. We were eating and a worker came out to the counter and said "just so you know we close at 9 and turned off some lights and made it dim. It was 8:59 pm. The lady next to us started to put her sandwich and chips away. We were done so we cleaned up and so did the other couple, we barely got out of the door and they turned all the lights out. It was rudely handled. Very poor public relations. They could've told us before we ordered or it could've been handled in a much better way. No one should feel obligated to put their food away especially when you just bought it. You should be able to enjoy your meal not feel you have to slice it down your throat because they have to get out of there by nine.

Food was very good tonight the service was good but a smile and a laugh once in a while would be nice. The place was clean but it was sweltering in there. I could not work in them conditions.

Horrible Subway. Bad management. Don't bother with coupons because the manager never honors them or wants to charge extra for what is part of the menu item.

I had the pleasure to be served by Drea and Kaleigh on 8/12/23. They both had WONDERFUL costumer service and positive attitudes. I wasn’t in there for more than 5 minutes and my order was perfectly made. Thank you two girls for your swift & amazing work! 🙂

I was traveling through and I was overwhelmed with kindness and understanding. My youngest has autism and medical needs, I was having trouble with her comfort going into the restaurant and grabbing lunch for my oldest and myself. Everyone was very patient and understanding. One server in particular offered to help any way she could and even paid for our lunch which she absolutely did not need too. Never really been to a place with thay kind of kindness. I am very thankful

Love coming here for our little dates. Our meals are always fresh and affordable and service with a smile. My mother in law has dementia.. so she has a real sweet tooth and loves loves loves ❤️ the cookies here. It's also nice that you can get gift cards here ... with the holidays upon us its always nice to have those stocking stuffers' handy or be able to bless someone...
