Lots of cool things to see & buy. Prices are ridiculously high on some items, then some not so bad. Nice location, needs better customer service by owners & staff members.

We purchased a lot of stuff from this shop today, they do have a good selection of gifts. However we are sorry to say that we had a very unpleasant experience due to the rude and incompetent staff here. We had returned to the store within 30 minutes of our purchase to exchange a T shirt for a different size and the staff demanded that we pay extra due to “system issues “! I mean you literally sold me something for $ and now for exchanging the same for a different size I have to pay more?!! What kind of a weird business ethic is this?
It’s not the amount that bothered us but the ridiculous demand and rudeness of the staff that made our vacation shopping experience an unpleasant one . We love Disney vacations and always take back gifts for friends and family, but of course we’re never going to return to this store, and nor will any of our friends when we tell them about our experience here! Too bad I couldn’t leave a negative star review!

There are so many gift shops on the strip, we didn't know which one to choose, so we stopped at this one because it stood out as a two-story building. The place is massive inside and the selection is very impressive. Everything from classic souvenirs to things you may need for travel (suitcases, bathing suits, sandals, etc.). Prices were a bit higher than expected, but not outrageous.

We stopped in to pick up a few souvenirs and tshirts. Most of the prices are a good deal. The ball caps were more expensive than I had hoped so I had to pass on getting one. You also have to pay attention to the type of tshirt print you ate buying. A lot of the lower priced shirts were heat press prints and not screen printed. The heat press images only last about 10 or 12 washings before they crack and peel. Good selection of souvenirs.

With so many gift shops to choose from around the area, I am so happy with our choice to stop here! The prices were amazing! I was expecting to pay a lot but we walked out with 13 items, one of them being a lilo and stitch backpack that was $40 but we only ended up spending $100. All of our items are very good quality also! Seriously the best gift shop I have been to with the absolute best PRICES!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheapest prices, great service, every Disney item you can imagine for no more than $20 on down. Disney purses in the miniature size for toddlers for 2. 99
Great quality, clothing, Disney items, trinkets, towels, everything I can think of thousands of items so cheap and affordable!!

Save yourself and DO NOT SHOP HERE! I spent nearly $100 at this store. I bought 3 shirts and a hoodie. I just put the hoodie pictured in the wash on a gentle cycle and the letters are falling off! This was the first wash! What a waste of money. Now, I fear the shirts I bought for my children will do the same. Don’t waste your time or money.
