Shocked and disapointed when I bought two bouquets here. The receipt showed a $1.50 floral DONATION. When I asked the associate to remove it, he said it's part of the purchase. A forced donation is just robery in another name.

A different layout than I’m used to as far as entering and exiting however, the selection is a plus presentation is fantastic and the employees were knowledgeable and friendly

The bathroom in this grocery store is absolutely disgusting. Not just this occasion but many times before I have encountered a putrid stench coming out from it and tonight went to use the bathroom there was actual puddles of urine all over the bathroom and it smelled like a NYC subway station. You want to charge 10 cents for a paper bag? Clean your bathrooms! Yuck!

This is the third time this has happened in the last month, stock is low so it's spread out and then the prices don't match up. It's false advertising, good luck not getting tricked when shopping here.

Your basic supermarket, but the prices are very high. Believe it or not, wegmans is cheaper for groceries.

They need real cashiers! The self checkouts are so slow. Random errors meant I needed someone to walk over and help 4 times.

The store is clean and the staff is relatively helpful. My issue is as follows, they push the self checkout but literally have to put every item in the bag area even if its enormous and takes up the whole space. They recently thought it was Smart to add the anti theft wheels to their carts which conveniently lock up at random times despite paying my bill and being a regular customer. Im disappointed to be honest, if I wanted to act like I was shopping in a bad part of town I'd go shop in spring valley, this is nanuet and they have this place set up like its in Kensington in Philly ffs. You guys need to relax yourselves here a bit, you're frustrating loyal repeat customers over this and its not even necessary. The Median house cost is like a half Million in nanuet, stop acting like you're in the south Bronx guys seriously.
