Every time I visit, I either leave with something new that I’m really excited to try, and/or some of my favorites that I repurchased. Tyler R and Randy are both my favorite people to be helped by which is why I have to mention them both. I have also enjoyed every experience with a team member that wasn’t them, I just happen to get helped by them more often. They’ve both made recommendations to me that I end up loving and coming back for more of. I always have great conversations with them and feel like they actually care if I enjoy not only what I’m purchasing, but my experience in the store as well. I have pretty moderate anxiety, to the point I would almost prefer delivery just to avoid going out, but I keep coming back in person because of the wonderful customer service I receive every time I go in. Thank you to the entire Stiiizy team for everything you all do!

BUYER BEWARE: This store gives out counterfeit bills.

Couple weeks ago I went in and got a total of $50 even, I gave the tender a crisp $100 and was given a reprinted $50. And in this past week I’ve called the store only for the manager to forget, and for the managers to send me to stiiizy support when I brought it up a couple days later. To which the support team is taking their sweet time.

This can acquit to bad worker habits, meaning someone didn’t check the bill and passed it along, another theory is someone is pocketing the till, or after getting the bill they realized it was fake, and passed it off to save their own behind.

If you get an odd feeling bill trade it out, so you don’t have to go through this limbo of pointing fingers.

Sucks that when I visit California I get scammed by legit businesses.

Edit/response to owner: yes after about a month of waiting for a response from the support team, we came to the conclusion that I would gift the $50 credit to my friend, he recently came in and was told nothing was there for him. How is it this hard to resolve a $50 dispute for a million dollar company is beyond me.

Watch out for the Stiiizy Mylar bags. I just got a black 7g bag that was 3g short. Verified on two different highly accurate scales as I could not believe a store would do this to you. I may as well go to the random person on the corner. Used to be a loyal customer. Won’t be coming back.

Buyers beware, I heard that there product tested positive for pesticides and they ended up still selling the stuff at a discount which makes me wonder "wow do they even care about public or customer health?" Yeah no thanks I'll never shop at a store that sells product laced with poison. Good day.
