Stationary and Toy World is a wonderful store if you are looking for age appropriate toys for children of all ages. The staff is incredibly helpful and honest. I was going to buy a soft bouncy ball but the owner refused to sell it to me because he was concerned that my grandchild was still teething! He recommended a perfect replacement that was less expensive! The store was a very impressive stationary selection of items including calligraphy tools! They also carry high quality paint for artists and craftsmen. However I was blown away by all the wonderful toys, stuffed animals and games they have! It’s a great store and their prices are very competitive!

Wonderful selection of toys as well as stationery and art supplies. I had been to a number of NYC stores in search of an old-fashioned, small address book and was about to give up. They had one! Not only did the employee who helped me know exactly what I was looking for, he also knew just where it was. Although I only spent $3.99, I was treated as if I were making an expensive purchase. The gentleman who rang
me up could not have been more pleasant. I don’t write many reviews, but this one is so well deserved. Great selection, fantastic service, terrific prices, and an all-around wonderful shopping experience.

Wonderful small business that is perfect for a last minute gift! They specifically have a large selection of kids toys, and decently sized art supplies section.

Best toy store and craft store where you can art supplies, celebratory balloons, poster boards etc…! The employee that day was super helpful! He helped me pick out a celebratory balloon, and was very knowledgeable on selecting toys for a newborn 🙂 10/10 will always come here for any supplies and craft shopping I need. Support local businesses!
