This is one of the best shops in town. The proprietor and his wife are very helpful and their leather is of a very good quality and very inexpensive. Please don’t go buy leather at Michael’s cause you’re gonna pay about triple. Love the atmosphere here, and I think these are some good people.

My favorite place to get supplies from, Sandy is always very helpful, and they have classes! Which I started taking, Wayne is an excellent teacher and has taught me so much about working with and tooling leather, I always look forward to going and learning new things. First rate customer service hands down. Wayne and Sandi are very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. They calmly provided me with valuable advice, and guidance as I am new to leather craft. If you want to learn how to carve and tool leather this is THE place. Wayne and Sandy are always helpful if you need to know what to get or the proper way to use it. If you're looking for inspiration or custom leather work, go no further. The store is a gallery of Wayne's custom work.
The classes are by far the best deal in Los Angeles. You get one on one attention and the projects and skills are taught so that it doesn't feel intimidating to learn.
There is no other place like it.
