Great to place to shop for Mullai/Jasmine. Staff was very nice and they took our pre-order and let us chose the ones we needed when we were ready to buy. Excellent experience. Would recommend to anyone. She even provided tips to keep the mullai garland fresh and blooming - (keep them in a zip lock and store in the refrigerator).

Not happy with their billing process. I purchased a Jasmine box. The billing was done and I immediately had a change of mind and asked the lady at the counter to cancel the order or refund and she said she can’t do it as I had already purchased. I was still at the counter and had not even taken the box into my hand and had made the request immediately. She just would not refund me because I had purchased a perishable. Such a sad process, it upset me as I had thought I would purchase something else for my pooja. I came out of the store and went to Jewel Osco to purchase the rest of my flowers. They are fresh and cheap there

I find this shop collection of statues, pooja vessels, accessories as very good and of better quality. I also find their fresh flower sale is fantastic! I particularly appreciate the service motto of the young lady named "Sindhu", who is very helpful, greets with smiley face any day when ever I visited the shop. Their flower offerings are fresh and reasonably affordable.
