I ordered and paid for my daughter's letterman jacket 2 months ago and still have yet to receive it. The only answer I'm getting everytime I call is, "We'll call you when it comes in" I even told them, if it's the embroidery that is what is taking so long, I can get that done elsewhere. The gentleman's response was, "But can you really?" What the heck? Do better!

I was told that Amy Turk is the go-to person in New Castle for screen printing T-shirts. I have several designs underway (still early) but she was so highly recommended I couldn't go anywhere else!

We ordered merchandise for my son's junior tackle football team. The merchandise was weeks late. When we finally received it, it was only half of our order. I then had to call several times and finally I received a text saying my merchandise is in.
We paid for my son's name to be on the back of his hoodie, it was not there. Then I received the totally wrong hat. I called and sent an email, with pictures attached showing the incorrect merchandise, with the order form and asked for a refund, and I've received no response.
Many other parents have received incorrect merchandise or poor quality and also can not get a hold of anyone. I would not recommend and very poor customer service.
Update. . . No name and wrong size!!
