Stocked super well, nice and cool with full AC on. Good location with a unique set up of the animatronics.

Decent shop to go and get your Halloween costumes and decor. Very amusing set up displays and interactive as well. I enjoyed having the chance to walk around and seeing both young and the young at heart embracing the festivities that the spooky season brings. Ill say prices seem a bit over the top but I mean its only once in the whole year so I get why. Overall good shot to check out.

I was here the other day and I bought several masks, including a ghostface mask from the Scream movies, which is one of my favorite mask designs ever. In general there are tons of spooky and fun costumes and props here. I really enjoyed walking around and just looking at all the wacky and cool stuff they have.

Small, selections were ok. Nothing like the last few years. I'm guessing die to covid. Workers were not of service. The were just talking amongst each other at the register and not once did I see or hear them offer help or use any customer service skills at all.

I know I’m only one person, and I know this is only one review, but over the years I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at spirit.
Wow! I have never ever been treated as poorly in my entire life than how I was treated here.
I made a mistake and tried to return my product (before Halloween just a few days after the initial purchase. I did not wear it and then return it, it was still in the original box and packaging) at the wrong seasonal Halloween store.
They made me feel like absolute scum for even thinking about returning something.
Then immediately proceeded to rudely tell me they don’t even carry what I was trying to return.
I was confused (because I thought I made the purchase at a spirit) and asked questions to try and understand why I couldn’t return it.
After understanding that I purchased it at a different store all together, the manager continued to make horrible comments and even called me a b*tch.
Yes, I was wrong. In my honest opinion, I truly do not think I was being a b*tch, but even if I was that gives no one any right ESPECIALLY a manager to call someone a b*tch. C’mon. That’s insane. Who is hiring everyone? How did she get pushed through? She was rude the entire time. This experience has definitely caused me to avoid spirit stores, and to advise my friend’s the same.

Customer service is horrible, I even spoke with the manager? Conner, so unprofessional. His teammates were clueless, no one greeted me. It’s late in the afternoon, these guys should be on top of customer service. Never going again, my family and I use to enjoy the store
