Sixth time trying this location. Only had two visits with successful purchases and one with positive customer service. Today I tried to find an item and decided to see if anyone would offer help instead of me asking for some. I walked all the aisles twice and they were too busy either socializing with one another or on their phones and eating snacks.

Purchased 1 electric water heater this weekend, was great quick service. The water heater was loaded promptly. Had to do an exchange was only hiccup but was easily taken care of.
