Horrible service horrible service. Camped out all night for the retro 1 top 3 cyber Monday release. That was supposed to be first come 1st serve. Me and others even created a list to help the staff know who was there in order. Store finally opened staff said they would honor the list. Instead they back door the shoes to people they personally know! I️ literally got skipped by 10 people who showed up a hour or so before the store opened ! They don’t care about customer service only catering to a select few !

2 terrible experiences. Im done. Said they had my size and i drove an hour. They had it in their hand and wouldnt sell it to me. First time they overcharged me by 25 bucks. Yall can have it. You wont get my money again

They back door ALL the hot shoes. I went to several releases and was in the top 5 and coped nothing. Just watch, you’ll see people walking in the front door and mostly in the back door right before they open, they’ll come out with bags of shoes... you all aren’t open so how are they walking out with shoes? Horrible staff, management and ownership. It starts from the top down. I’ve been outside with my kids and got nothing. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 And don’t let them play you because they act like they don’t know what’s going on. Some “back doors” are coping almost all of the shoes and paying the workers extra. Smh and they pledge “fairness” yeah right... big joke.

They pick their favorites, you will camp all night for a shoe release and they hand out tickets to who they want to win the shoes. One of the staff members was so scared that he started letting people who were rushing the line pick who gets a ticket. 50 people camped out all night only to watch 2 young staff members hand out 6 tickets to people they know. This place is a joke, and employees are scared and just want to see people waste there time. Go to wishATL! Please avoid camping or shopping at this place you will regret it unless they like you
