I've visited a few times over the past month, and every experience has been fantastic. The staff at the till have been incredibly friendly each time. One visit in particular really made my day, and on two other occasions, they went above and beyond to assist me. Super nice team!

Absolutely love this place, large variety of items and always a good range of stock. Fantastic prices and deals, there is a wide selection for all age ranges! Staff are fantastic very kind and always helpful and always go out of their way to ask if you need help with anything. They is also a big range of lego and electric devices aswell a baby nursery items. Highly recommend!

I visit this shop frequently and think it’s absolutely great, massive variety and great prices. Sadly I have just come out of the shop having been stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes with 3 young members of staff (2 boys and 1 girl) stood behind the counter the whole time. We were completely ignored whilst they were joking and messing around with each other behind the till while we were standing waiting right in front of them, then the 3 of them left the counter and continued to ignore us. Finally one of the boys came over to us and served us with no customer service skills at all (no asking if that was all, have a good day, thank you or anything). The 3 of them were incredibly rude to be messing around in front of customers rather than doing their jobs and serving people who were waiting. Still enjoy the shop but these 3 staff members ruined it for me today. Very disappointed

Amazing toy store. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I have severe ptsd and anxiety and try to wear my mask as long as possible but often need breaks. I have a sunflower lanyard and not once did I get any looks or glares and when I asked for help to get the bikes down for my nephew to try they were really helpful and i felt really comfortable here. They let him try the bikes and have a little play so we could get the perfect one for him. We also had a wonder around the shop and he chose his toys. The cashier was so friendly. She let my nephew who is 3 pay for his own toys and said Merry Christmas back to him. I would definitely return.

I've never been disappointed! Ordered a few times and had delivery within 24 hours or collection available for a large item within 24 hours. Quality and price are great. The shop is always well stocked and clean. I've done all my Christmas shopping already ? keep doing a great job!
