We shop here at Smyths toys Drakehouse regularly and all the staff there are always great. However, today the guy on the till went above and beyond to be kind, friendly and cheerful. It was so nice to be served by someone who seemed so genuinely happy to be there and he was great with my little boy. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name but he was doing a great job representing your store.

Used click&collect, almost instantly had help to retrieve my purchase from staff. Prompt help when checking out other items too. Clean environment, well stocked, neat displays even in the christmas rush

Two stars because one of the staff in the store was really helpful however I've tried phoning 7 times over two days and no one answers the phone. Because I don't know what they would require, I have to take a half built Little Tikes car back to the store to exchange it when all I need is one tiny metal part. I hate poor customer service. Instead of exchanging, I'll get my money back and shop elsewhere.

Ordered two items for click and collect. I went to collect them and was directed to the desk, only for numerous members of staff (including what looked like a senior manager) completely ignore me and continue their chats. It was only after 7 minutes of waiting, when I politely asked if there was someone available to help, a very huffy girl came over and got my order. She was rude, lacked customer service and quite frankly looked like she would rather have been anywhere but serving a customer on a Sunday afternoon. Won't be rushing back...

Love this place. Always staff around to help if needed and nice and friendly.
Every toy/game you can imagine is available here (well I have always found things I need here)
Great game consoles, games, chairs and equipment available too and it also has its own section for baby items too including prams, cots and all that.
A fave place to go for us.
Highly recommend it.
