Massive selection of toys and the kids even got little Lego figures for free.
The only thing I disliked is that the Store is part of the big superstore and they only let you park for three hours. We would have loved to visit other shops and went to the Range after, just to rush around to make it back in time for the car as we had spent about two hours in Smyth's, which you'll need when visiting with kids!!!

If you need something,anything for the kids or the "big kids".Here can find one kilometer of everything.Lego,Barbie dolls,other dolls,board games,wave boards you name it.
I always find parking lot,and the athmosfere is always cheers me up.
Some of the staff kind and helpful,but some of them just wanted to get rid of us... I don't think they are overpaid,but hey: lets focus on the toys.

Very nice toy shop. Loads of cool toys and other things. So glad they have anime stuff and gaming things for my brother. Very good selection of video games. U really was glad to see the avatar the last airbender game and there was so many cute plushies like the Kirby one. There are some good discounts for example chopper was a tenner so I had to get it. In my opinion I think there should be more anime merch

V bought this unicorn from this store and when v opened the pack, one of the screw was missing hence we went back to the store and the crew was so helpful that instead of giving us new screw, they replaced us the complete toy

Awful experience. Treat you’re staff with good customer service skills.
Walked in to purchase 1 ps5 controller.
The lady that was serving she was blonde & wearing glasses had a stuck up attitude. Asked for a controller and said to me that I can’t sell you more than 1.
I didn’t go in asking for 10 , I came for 1.
She then was huffing and puffing whilst she got another member of staff to serve me.
Stuck up attitude , rather go to curry’s and spend my money there which I did and was happy to be served 2 I wanted and will return the 1 from smyths.

Excellent staff and customer service. Recently purchased a Tonie box and found it was faulty, however we had lost the receipt so was worried we wouldn't be able to change it. Was very pleased when a lovely staff member helped us out and gladly let us exchange it for a new one!

Went to smyths for a car seat for my grandson, the lady that helped me was amazing just sorry I didn't get her name, very professional, helpful, friendly. Helped me to choose the right carseat which is fantastic. Thank you again for all your help.

When I visited this store on Tuesday 16th of August we picked up 2 sticker books amongst other toys and games the whole shelf was full of these books all with labels showing the make of the book in question and the price 8.99 so let my child pick 2 of them up to then be charged 36pound odd at the tills when asked they said 1 was 19.99 and the other around 16pound odd if I remember correctly but see pictures for exact price charged and see pics for shelf prices the whole shelf contained these books with labels under them with the books name on and not 1 label said anywhere near that price but then I was approached by a man dressed in normal clothes to tell me he was moving things around and when I explained the whole shelf was labelled with not only prices but they was for the same make of book and his answer was

"So what I don't care im moving things around so I will not be discounting them so take it or leave it"

As he was aggressive I just chose to ask for a refund instead as I was not willing to pay around 37pound for books I can get online for 12 pound for both

All other shelfs that was being moved had all prices removed but we was told the shelfs with prices on was still OK but then to find out this so I don't get the guys problem

I shop here ever Christmas and birthdays for my 3 kids and to be spoke to like summet someone stood in like I was the stupid one when we was told 1 thing but he's doin another anyway I will not return to this store again after this

Never had this problem instore before and the till staff was nice about the whole thing it was the guy dressed in plain clothes I think someone mentioned he was a merchandiser or summet they said but don't hold me to that I personally thought he was a manager as he even spoke to me onway into store and in normal clothes see all pics for prices shows and prices charged
