Terrible store manager who is extremely rude. She has zero person skills, after travelling 60 miles to collect 151 tins, would only sell me 1, despite having plenty. Other stores had a purchase limit of 3, yet she's making up her own rules. Won't be back here that's for sure.

Treating the boys as one got a good school report and the other is trying to ditch nappies. Claire was really great with them, giving them high fives for achievements and giving top class customer service. There's another Smyths a bit closer to where we live but we travel here because they are really helpful and it has more choice.

I was in on Wednesday around 4pm to get gifts for my daughters friends. I needed separate gift receipts for both and thought I’d need to purchase them separately but Claire serving me was able to do it in one transaction and was so lovely and friendly. My daughter (6) then wanted to pay for her item separate and yet again Claire was so lovely to her and treated her like a grown up making her very happy! Definitely the best customer service I’ve received!

Took my class for a visit today and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
The children had a great time exploring the range of toys. I was impressed by the size of the store - not hugely, massive to be intimidating but big enough to house a great range of toys.

Went in to price an xbox as my partners is a bit old and slow. Staff stared at us the entire time because my partner was in work gear so I suppose looked "suspicious"? As we were leaving after checking the prices and looking at some Christmas present ideas the security guard (who had been following us our entire visit) made the automatic doors open slowly and stood beside us until they opened. Absolutely disgusting and rude. Was not a friendly experience like you'd expect it to be.

They sold us a faulty, pram. When we went back and wanted to show them what is the issue with it , the grumpy store manager refused to check the pram, and said we probably did not use it properly.
Later contacted the customer support, they sided with the store manager, replied to me as :
"Thanks for getting in touch.

The item was checked and as no fault was found, the return was refused. apologies for any disappointment this may have caused."

Awful experience. Probably never go there again.

Its just sad because, the shop is rly having a great variety of toys.
