Fantastic service from a lovely lady who I unfortunately didn't catch the name of. She had dark red / auburn hair in a ponytail on Monday evening. She went out of her way to get a ladder and help us to search for some obscure funko pops for my son's christmas. She found them all for us after a good search and was happy to help, very kind and polite. Thank you very much!

Went in today to look at prams for the grand daughter. Could not have been met with a nicer person. She could not have done any more to make us welcome, good knowledge and very pleasent. She is a credit to your staff and deserves recognition. Sorry we didnt catch your name but a big thanks from our family. We did buy a pram plus many other items. Full marks

Cannot get in touch at all. I ordered using click and collect and only have 2 days to collect it. Which is not clear when you buy it. I have tried and tried to call them at so many different times and no one answers at all. Just rings out. So now I am trying to see if I can collect it a little later and no answer. So no doubt my order will now be cancelled because no one bothered to help.

What a pleasure it was to shop at this store today , staff were so pleasant and helpful when asked about items they took you to them and then offered to take them to the cash desk . We found an item we bought was to big for our car the lovely manager arranged for a home delivery . Exceptional service from every member of staff we dealt with , they are a credit to the company . We will definitely use this branch for any future toys.
