We went to buy an electric ride on bike for my little bober and we were brutally harrased by the staff as it was 10minuites until they closed they then followed us out of the shop and told us we had to leave and then harrased us because of our age not happy will be taking my business else where

Very rude staff. My son was there yesterday to buy a Lego set for Christmas and the employee in the aisle said he couldn't be in the store and buy anything because he wasn't 16 but its still a toy store for the kids... Absolutely joke!!!

Pretty sure staff have been buying pokemon packs (in short supply) because they know they can price hike them on eBay.
Watched one per customer items disappear in a very short amount of time with no one really leaving the store.

Went to Linwood today for a shopping trip for an upcoming birthday when asked for a yoshi gaming chair which was on display and priced I was told the company don’t sell this anymore the lovely assistant “benjamin” said it wasn’t his issue and it was just the store hadn’t taken it down he could only appologise when asked if I could see the manager to ask if I could take this one on display as they do not sell this product anymore I was told no it has to stay there.

Shocking customer service and staff are rude and unhelpful.

A fantastic collection of toys and games. If it’s been advertised on TV then it’s here. Floor to ceiling dolls, prams and art supplies. Guns, tanks and video games galore. Six foot caterpillars and a 1.2meter unicorn. Certain to get a wow, from a child you know.

Find it a absolute disgrace the way the customers talk to the staff in here av heard oii , hello from other end of the shop , and the famous click of the fingers customers should have more respect for the staff and they may get some back for that reason I give this store a 1 ⭐️ for great customers service keep it up guys

Good prices and good delivery times but think its mad that they do not deliver presents discreetly. One of my daughters saw her Christmas present. It is explained in the confirmation email but I never actually read this (and most people probably wouldn't). Think it should be advised when ordering because if it was would have delivered to someone else. Disappointing ?

Staff were absolutely useless. They went out their way to be as unhelpful as possible. Is telling someone the thing they're looking for is 'over there somewhere' acceptable. No direction, nothing, then when asked again the respons given was 'ach, I don't know'.

Went to Hanleys and spent over £200 instead. Will never use Smyths again as they are so rude, ignorant and unhelpful.
