Bought a birthday present for my 7 year old that didn’t work. Took their time to test it. Then offered a refund.
3-5 working days for a refund of MY money!!!!
I want to go into store and take home toys and then pay in 3-5 days!!!
Spoiled my daughter’s birthday!!

After deciding we needed to buy our 6 month old a new car seat we visited the store in crown point, looked at afew seats and then decided we would buy from our local smyths the following day after doing some research.

When we got there we still had many many questions about car seats as first time parents we had no idea.

We were pleasently surprised that the person who served us in Smyths Kirkstall was amazing. Not only did he answer every single one of our questions but his product knowledge of car seats was second to non. It really put us at ease knowing that we bought a car seat that will not only last our child until she doesn't need one anymore but also that it is secure and fully safe if we were ever in a crash.

I think he was called Cameron (don't quote me on that) but he was amazing and also I didn't realise that car seats are also fitted for free. Which made us feel even more at ease and ment that we didn't have to have issues putting in the car seat.

Refused me and my friends into the toy shop because they said “no kids allowed” when we said we are 14 even tho it’s a TOY SHOP FOR KIDS so I wasn’t allowed to get a present for my friends for Christmas

After spending over £100 and getting a taxi home to realise part of the baby walker is broken. Was clearly a return that they sold me as they had to go upstairs for it, it wasn’t on the shelves like the others.
